An online contest that I've participated in recently... Although the chances of winning is very near to negative, I still hope that It would come true. No harm believing and hoping for something we like... :D

OH MY GOD! Seeing these scenes (in Everland and Incheon Airport) have just reminded me of Korea, the one that I've stepped in for 6 days... Seeing the date at the end of one of these pictures made me feel gila... as the date I visited Everland was 30.4.2008 while the scene was filmed on 14.5.2008 (less than 1 month!). Seeing Incheon Airport made me feel longing for the place that once I've walked on.

I've watched episode 131 of a sitcom namely Unstoppable Wedding, 못말리는 결혼 this evening. I enjoy watching the scene between 3 best friends - Ibaek, Sambaek (brothers) and Sujeong. They are involving in a triangle relationship - sweet yet bitter. Sweet for thinking of each other and bitter for being turned down.  Ibaek first liked Sujeong but Sujeong never have a crush on Ibaek. Sujeong's heart is headed towards Sambaek but Sambaek never knew it. When Ibaek confronted his feeling towards Sujeong, Sujeong was scared and ran away from Ibaek. Ibaek wanted to vow Sujeong's by playing a love song for her, so he had pratised to the best he could. Finally, Sambaek discovered that Sujeong likes him... He had a feeling towards Sujeong too but he had to think for his elder brother. He avoided Sujeong, acted cool and refused to talk to him. When Sambaek knew that Sujeong and Sambaek would made up to become a perfect match, he gave his blessing to them.

This is the scene where Sambaek admitted his love to Sujeong (starting from minute 2.00 to the end). I like the feeling and Sambaek's act though I dont feel like enduring it now. Watching romantic scenes that sure will embrace one's heart to act "lum"-ly... So romantic.... ^^.

Capital to Promote Itself as ‘Soul of Asia’ “Soul of Asia” has been selected as the new sub-slogan for the “Hi Seoul” campaign by the Seoul Metropolitan Government. “It captures our intentions to jump into the global center by setting up a digital civilization on the basis of tradition that integrates diverse Asian culture,” the administration says. “We put the English pronunciation of the city’s name, which is very similar to ‘soul’, to good use.”

Oh my, catching up 8TV on Every Sunday, 7 pm...!!! It is hosted by two Malaysian host, Yap and Zucca and it seemed that they have filmed this trip to Korea in May (as soon as I've returned back from KR because I saw the decorations for Buddha's Birthday). Wah, they would be a few episodes for these...! GREAT!!! I can see and know more about Seoul and Korea!!! 8TV enable their royal viewers to view the show online but I wonder why this "Hi Seoul - Soul of Asia" isn't on the list. Anyway, I'll try if I could record the trip show as it's very very catching my eyes right now!!!
-
8TV, this Sunday, 7 pm... Sit in front of the TV at that time... Don't go outdoor!!! :P

I’m watching this drama, “미우나 고우나 - Likable or Not” in KBS, Astro. Well, Astro AEC has finished airing a Singaporean drama and so I changed to KBS Channel. He is Baek-ho, 백호 and she is Dan-pung, 단풍(as in drama). What I wanted to say about them and the drama? First, I found that their expressions in it (as in the picture – like the best ever perfect match) are so lively – lovingly and respecting each other. “Baek-ho ssi, 백호씨 … Dan-pung ssi, 단풍씨 ”, not “chagi-a, 자가야 …”.

Then, I get to know what a Korean must try their best to secure their job. Like us here, when you got fired, you can just tell your family that you’re fired and you’re going to look for another job. That’s all. The family wont questions much and not giving any hard time to them as they believe that they could search for another better jobs, plus, it’s no use to cry over split milks.

But in this drama, when Baek-ho got fired, everyone was SO shocked and kept on asking, “Mwo-ra-go, 뭐라고”?? However, Baek-ho wasn’t doing any wrong as he has been “attacked” by someone in the company. Seems like once you get a job in Korea, you must put your best effort to maintain the job. If you get fired, either it’s proven that you’re not capable or you’re the black sheep of the family. What a culture... A "mean chi" (cantonese) one...

I think, it has its advantage… and also disadvantage. If I were given a job in the future, I’d do the best and be honest in all dealings.

What have I done for the past week? Well, nothing much actually. The PC was passed to YS as he was having his school breaks, so as a sister I have to tolerate with him and let him doing all the PC Stuff… he went to this… DBSK’s forum, downloading all sorts of DBSK’s concerts, downloading TVB’s drama, doing Photoshop but he doesn’t want to teach me no matter how many times I’ve asked for… (ji si chai!!!) checking on emails and Friendster. I did some of the housework, watching TV on HK’s Charity Shows, gameshow and sitcom. Indeed this is our personality – YS enjoys “dealing” with PC while I enjoy “conquering” the TV. One likes to listen to music while one like to laugh to the heart.

When I finally having some time to use the PC, I did this wallpaper. I followed YS’s creation as he has in his blog. I was planning to upload it to become my background image. But it doesn’t appear to what I have wanted… I am poor in designing the nice nice wally… Gaps could be seen in between the merged pictures. So I’ll just upload it in my post and at least, I didn’t waste out my “design”.

“Mian-neyo, JH ssi, I wanted to have my edited pics of you as my background… but still you’re going to stay forever as my background wally… Wait till I found the most appropriate one!”.

Jeong Hoon ssi has a Japanese blog - but so sad that I dont know how to make myself comfortable in the blog. It is filled in Japanese and I dont have any clue on how to view the message... Even I faced difficulties in placing a display picture for my ID, kamin_ssi (already changed by clicking each one of the buttons - previously I dont know, really dont know what to fill in at the last column and i thought It was asking me on where am i from, So I put Malaysia... my ID was Malaysia before... hahaha!!!). We can show our support to Jeong Hoon ssi by registering an account and clicking on the above link (search for an orange color sign of puppy legs) to vote for... what's that ah... ah, most viewed page of the day. I hope JH would be top in the list. With the supports from dclily, JHChina, OMH, Oishii, LoveHoon, Hoonfamily, KJHThailand and etc girls, sure it could be sitting on top of the chart! Waiting to listen to JH's "I'll protect you" in his 5th Japanese Single which would be released on 29/6/2008... :)

I had a gathering with secondary school friends (Shuhada, Mai, Adila, Shalini, Siew Ting, Suraya, Hidayah, Shazwan, Faizal, Amer, Aiman) on last Saturday with Cikgu Ven at Pizza Hut. Everyone seems had changed - Some already found their BF/GF, some came with make-up, some came with accecories etc. I wonder how all of us would look like in the future 10 years from now - when we hit 30!

Lee Jeong - I Can Only See Her - 이정 - 그대만 보며 .....

나를 봐요 내 말을 들어요 I looked at myself and I listened to my voice

그 누구보다 더 그댈 사랑했잖아요 I've loved you more than anyone else

오랜 시간 함께 했던 우리 The time that we've spent together

내 자신보다 더 그댈 사랑한 나인데 I loved you more than I'm loving myself

이렇게 나 보내기는 싫어요 If this is how you wanted to sent me off

오직 단 한 사람 시리듯 소중한 사람 There is only one person which is most valuable to me

**그대만 보며 울고 웃던 나날들 I'd smiled and cried so much by seeing her

가슴 뛰던 그날숨 막히던 그대 붙잡고 싶지만 I wanted to mainatin those fast beeps of heart and remain breathless

이제는 다 잊어야 해요 난 눈을 감아요 But now, all these have to be forgotten, and I closed my eyes

사랑이 아파요 가슴이 시려서 Love is so painful - and making the heart gets cold

**내 사랑이 그댈 떠나가게 했나요 You have turned down my love

흐르는 내 눈물채 마르기 전에 또 쏟아내지만 I've to pour out the tears before it dries but

그대를 다 잊어야 해요 난 눈을 감아요 Now I'll have to forget it all, I'd close my eyes

사랑이 아파요 가슴이 시려서나 Love is so painful - and making the heart gets cold

그대만 보면.............................. By only seeing you...

말없이 내 곁을 지켜준 당신........ You were the one that I'd protected by my side without any pre-requisitions...

Isn't it sounds very 嘛 / 甜 / 迷人 ??

Lee Jeong, 27 (looks older than his age) who is playing the character of Wang-Ibaek in KR Drama, Unstoppable Wedding, is a simply person, not having any confidence nor suspecting people. He's a nice and humble guy who loves a girl but his love is rejected. I like him singing the song - full of emotion and also, the melody sounds nice to one ear's...

A trip that I have been dreaming and wanting for ~ Korea.

It all started with the Hanryu Wave which hit Malaysia in 2002. It all started with a passion to participate in the 2nd Korean Language held in Malaysia. I was still not that good in presenting a good Korean accent but I decided to give myself a try. I wanted the exposure since I really hope to speak Korean. By luck and by again by fortune, I won a trip to Korea. I feel so happy, glad, fortunate, blessed and all those good feelings surrounded me. It was an unexpected gift and I have been given the chance to travel to oversea, for 6 days, for the very first time in my life.

Places that I’ve visited in Korea

Mostly tourist spot, like Dae Jang Geum Theme Park, Nami Island (the shooting place of Winter Sonata), Mount Sorak, Daepuhang Fish Market, Eveland the Theme Park and streets in Seoul like Insa-deong, Myeong-dond, Namdemun Market etc.

How I feel about Korea

Hotels in the rural are very well equipped – even with kitchen! I got to sleep on the floor with heater… I got to sit on the floor and eating like Korean Style… all these would become a precious piece of memories for my entire life. I’ve made it!

Korean citizens are just like Koreans in Malaysia. Bow as a sign of respect and saying “annyong-haseyo”. Korea is very nice – be it the atmosphere, the air, the landscape, the natural beauty of flower and very clean, serene. But… if I were going to live in Korea, I might not able to survive. The cost of living is very high there – no wonder some Koreans choose to migrate to other Asian countries. It should be the second most competitive country in Asia after Japan.

Roads in Korea are totally opposite from Malaysia. The direction would make a visitor confused. It is very convenient to travel across Seoul - 9 LRT lines to cover the whole metropolitan city... imagine that! Now when i come across "Korea", I'd stare at it... I mean the advertisement. I'd think of the air that I've breath once. The amazing and peaceful AIR.

As a conclusion, the world is flat. Any parts of the world are same – it is because of the geographical location and cultures which has created the diversity of each nation and norms. Korean eat rice, and so do Malaysian, Singaporean, Thai etc. Korean celebrates New Year and so do Chinese and Japanese. I’ll miss Korea. I’ll miss Incheon Airport, the place where so many artist have stepped there before. Of course If I were given another chance, I'd visit Korea again... :D

KAMIN ~가민 ~ 家敏

What should I say “about me”? A Malaysian Chinese, An addicted tv viewer who enjoys heartwarming, romantic and dramas of sense of humour. Credits to HK & KR drama the most. Blog is something like diary eh? So sorry but I never like to jot things down. I prefer to make my brain working yet sometime I’m quite forgetful. I had actually “abandoned” this blog of mine few months ago but it pulls my interest once again when I saw YS updating his blogspot account. I shall talk on things I am fond of and some of my point of views. It might be boring… but the setting of this blog might be liked by you.. cos I also like it very much :)

Just like any ordinary girl, I have my own dreams… dream of meeting my favourite and admirable artists, dream of going to places I wish to go, dream of mastering dream Kr language, dream of having a own car and able to drive to my ideal destination, dream of achieving a good job in my employment so that I can lead to a better and life without miserable. Too many dreams…

That’s why I say I am an ordinary girl who hopes for the best and the utmost important, living happily and peacefully with my beloved family, friends and relatives. I do not want myself to turn into a boastful or exaggerating person because it won’t lasting for sure: and that would probably end up with rejection and annoyances. What is wrong of being low profile and sincere, shining like the brightest star in the universal? Everyone has their own charisma and attractiveness. So true…

I also understand that there are always two-sides of each of the happenings in our life. Example, when you get a free trip, first, you’d be extremely happy and speechless but second, you’d think of “how about the other expenditure and things need to be prepared”? Another example would be, “ Shall I eat “Kimchi Chikke” which is my most preferable hot and spicy soup which costs RM 15 or just a “Wantan Mee” which would made me paying around RM 4 ”?

Therefore, when he thinks that he’s the most pitiful person in the earth, there might be someone else at the end of the hemisphere that is much more pitiful and sorrowful than him. Do not always motivate yourself by uttering some unlucky things. Besides causing a hard time for yourself, it will also caused people around you to be annoyed. I might not be good at the art of talking ~ I’m still learning but I’m sure that I’d never hurt one’s feeling. It’s too sorrowful to listen to those words *JH humming Endless Sorrow*…

I’ve learned that we should be appreciating and thankful for what we are having in the present, not blaming and if we aim for something higher, we should depend on ourself. At least we try to get something by own even if it doesn’t work out. We had at least poured out the effort, not sitting there and wait for the “saviour”. We are our own Saviour... Fighting!!! 같이 노력합시다!

*** upcoming next - My Trip to Korea 2008 !!!

Which dbsk member are you?
Your Result: Xiah Junsu

Xiah Junsu? Well, let's see... You have a cute and adorable aura around you that people cant resist. You love cracking jokes and puns on the scene when there is obvious tension in the room. Cheering up is your specialty. You hate it when friends are fighting and tend to cry if they do. You would love to have a positive outlook on the world, because you are somewhat negative. You may seem like you're perfect but your not, just close. And just like junsu, you excell in schoolwork! YOU'RE A XIAH JUNSU!!!

I'm Junsu? Hahaha... To be frank, I am not so closed to DBSK. I had always heard of them since few years ago. Only starting from this year when we saw his recorded Concert in Malaysia last year and I was attracted to their song named "One". Since then, my brother had started to search for their songs and banjun dramas. Oh my, i laughed so much when watching it...! well, not bad la... at least they are quite funny and it is undeniable that their dancing are extremely good! so smooth you see... i cant do like them... sigh...

If i have to choose the member that i like most in DBSK, I'd go for Junsu. His hair is dyed, short length, so smart and neat (정훈 씨도) ! Although i dont understand Japanese, i am fond into listening to his song namely "Rainy Night".

So now, i find that some of their korean songs are nice to one ear's, like "One" itself, the current background music "On and On", Remember etc. They have Japanese songs too, just like JH who have successfully entered Japanese entertainment...

Talking about their mv, i find that "Step by Step" is so well-planned and creative! Dont believe? Here you go: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GZfKgPOOZH4

I’m done with the survey. All of the mentioned answers are true. These kinds of surveys should not be treated as nonsense but it would help someone to refresh on his/her personality and memory. It’s good to do this survey when we have spare time. Agree? :)

I wont post much of my pics here. Afterall, this is an open blog. i'd talk on things i wish to share and some of my opinions.

And i've updated my blog by changing most of the features like layout, attachment, color and etc. Why? Because after seeing other's blog (which i'm much more older than them)... their blogs are so nice-attemped and mature in other way! Mine was previously too childish and messy, although i was planning to link all of my favourite things around me. Anyway, what do you think about this new layout and arrangements? I like it - a bit well-organized than before, carrying some style of maturity but still maintaining JH at the background...
