All veggies...hmmm...actually a balanced meal would be one that includes all the necessary nutrients that the body needs in order to function efficiently. So, having some meat and rice are also important, on top of that, fruits are important too. Anyway, no harm going vegetarian for one meal but do be mindful of the oil used in cooking. By the way, your lunchbox was prepared by your granny or you bought it yourself? Nothing much, I'm just being curious.
