Yesterday - My Secondary School's Gathering. Venue? School canteen la, where else. Our former school ma. It's fine going back to school as it has developed so much since we left the school 2 years ago. I was considered early showing up. So I helped Adila on getting all former students to sign up and register. It was not a difficult job so I managed to do it for a while, while waiting for the others to come. And I've renewed my Alumni's Membership Card. I must praise Afiq for his hardwork in organizing this event. He is such a good student to SMK DAR. Not forgetting his good assistant, Adila la. Who turned up ha? Mai, Arfa, Hafizah, Nad, Hasmida, Shuhada, Farhana, Shazwan, Ibrahim, Mani, Aiman, Asyraf, Adli. Our classmates of 5sc1. And other seniors and juniors. It is okay for me as not much non-muslim students in the school. I've used to it. maybe because of that i am able to learn good malay? or maybe because of that i was so outstanding at school. They talked about uni, etc. I didnt talk much. I was quite tired as I went to school after finishing my final paper yesterday. We were served with ABC's, soto ayam, ayam bakar etc. It has been a long time since we last had our canteen's food. Yummy. The nostalgia came back... My favourite mee and mihun goreng were not there. :D And I have been elected as the representative of 2005 Comittee Member. Actually, I cant do much due to some limitation but I shall try to help to the best I can. I promise! And I'm sure Afiq, Adila and the team would give me a helping hand. Afiq showed the slideshow that i've made for the school which was contained with songs and photos of all students plus yearly activities which had taken part. I hope all of them liked it. As usual, we took photos. But the resolution of my camera was not so good compared to theirs who have 2.0 megapixels' phone. I felt thankful as they've helped me on taking some photos as memories. I envy their phones but I am sure I can be able to own one in the future.

I love taking photos, be it related to scenery, interesting things around me or helping others taking photos . The reason is, I am not stick on writing a diary. So I guess this blog of mine is my very "first" diary... or sad to say a place to put on the "art" taken by I. I dont like writing diary, because I am lazy to record the happenings detaily in my life. It's different with photos. Photos explains everything. Need not to be mentioned, nice captured photos are so memorable to yet to be keep forever... Or I'd probably having a "chi kei" for me to tell my stories too... Chi Kei in cantonese means person that I trust and feeling comfortable to share my stories with... A Chi kei is hard to find, therefore when you've found him/her, appreciate him/her!
-
OK. Let me begin sharing some photos now...!!!
-
It was the first time i attend my friend's wedding. She is Nurul. She is a 20 years old bride. Wow! It is good for her to find her prince at this age. I sincerely wishing her "bahagia sampai ke anak cucu". I am not saying that I would like to have a wedding now as i am single but not availabe. OK. Let me affirm it again. Not availabe. Reason? Simply because, I am not prepared and i dont think it is the right time now although I like to watch those romantic scenes from dramas.
-
Another dinner by son-saeng nim. I bought coke. And we exchanged some presents as a Christmas presents... Not much photos taken as we were too busy eating "pudae chike", "ja-jang-myon" etc.... And then we talked about travelling... to Korea, Japan... As usual I listen well just to get some views and listening to the senior's experience travelling. The food was definately delicious!!!

We bought a baby products hamper for Ms Choong as she is going to give birth in few days later - having her first baby girl. Mothers are so wonderful... Her stomach is so "big" and she has to support her baby with her slim body. Plus giving lecture in the college. I know she is very willing to do so for her child. Indeed it is true that there is nothing free in the world except a mother's love. to all Mothers and to my mother, thank you from the bottom of my heart. And to grandmother and godmother too. I heartfelt wishing you good health and hope we can go through all those hard time together.

My friends always ask me "ei Poon, how do you study ah?". Dear friends, there is no secret. I am just an ordinary students like all of you. I am not granted with any specialities. I am still learning time by time. So I study like this... Most probably my method and way of study is worse than all of you le... Do not follow my way.. I am just sharing here. I do not need a chair or table because I like to sit on the floor de. but I'd need a water bottle beside me, and of course my pencil case. Both are in red and important when i am thirsty or needing a highlight pen. Notes are being put at the floor separately so that I can take the notes I need easily. Not a theori by some experts ahh. It's just my own theori.

A time spent on changing the background

-

It has been a long time since I last updated my blog... I was quite busy during the starting of December as I had to take my final exams... And now It has finished! I shall have more time to spend... and the most important is... my official Diploma lessons had completed!!! I am now waiting for the results and transcripts... I am a step closer to my future... But still, there is a long way before I can be able to know what is going to happen in my life and how's my career...
-
And I've spent 3 hours approxiamately for changing the "view" of my blog... How is it? I've finally know how to add a background into my blog.... at last! How did I managed to know? Firstly I've tried to change the background by just choosing the one provided in the blog, but I dont quite liking it. Some parts were okay but some... it doesnt match to my preferences... Then I looked into the HTML code. It was all letters plus combinations of words... I dont know what was it about until I throughly tried to find the way out... And I added the word "background" after the "margin" text and I did it!!! Yuan lai it's that easy.... sigh.. Is my blog now look better than before? At least, new look for welcoming a new year!
-
Oh one more thing... Jeong Hoon went to Singapore on last 15 to 17 December!!!! Wow wow wow!!!

Nasi Kandar/Briyani, Fan si

Today Shalini and I went to lunch at one of the stall selling Nasi Kandar. As we never tried Nasi Kandar before, so we decided to have our lunch there. Well, we guessed Nasi Kandar was originated from the Malays plus Indians. So these were what we had eaten... Actually, the taste was quite OK. But the price costs us "a leg and a hand" (sorry if i didn't get the word correctly). I feel so sorry for Shalini as she paid for the lunch. Next time I shall only take plain rice... :D Thank you Shalini!!!

My rice

Shalini's rice
The "sotong" (cuttlefish) that I've ordered
Which one is soya bean and barli?

This is my grandma's cook - fan si (better than mihun but cheaper to shark fin) with cucumber, carrot etc. I like to eat this because it includes dried prawns inside.

Kevin, Niki, Raymond, Chermaine (TVB)

I like min 1:17.... just like it because it's so natural... but it doesn't mean that i want to try it!

Kevin & Niki.... i also wondered myself, since when i become their wanna-know fans. but to be frank, i personally think that they look matching to each other.... eps the scene where they think of each other.... wah'''' :D

Raymond & Chermaine.... well, they acted well as acouple with many obstacles in The Drive of Life although Chermaine looked like a sister to Raymond.... This song is nice... i always support Raymond's song since his first song in Survival Law.

Madam Lim's Kitchen

Ah, before i forget, this is the "hong sam cha" ( ginseng tea) that mr hur hyon from korea tourism organization gave me during my visit to his company. i guess it might be very expensive (ginseng woh....). i am thankful to receive this ginseng tea. feel free to email me if you want to have a cup :D

and we had our lunch at Madam Lim's Kitchen. these were what we have ordered....

and 10% discount for Jusco card' members... :D

I shall sleep at 2 a.m.

Why I shall sleep at 2 a.m. tonight? because i missed A episode of under the canopy of love... i just wanted to watch all episode without skipping even one episode of it. because kevin and nikki are so sweet... all the times.... recently i don't have much time for online dramas. i dont know why. time passed so fast and i shall be having my finals soon. i shall finish the dramas before year end or the link would be deleted. before that, my brother was using the pc so i did some homework on han-guk-go and read the new edition of hannah press and korean press. i have to admit that i am still green in korean. there are many words that i couldn't... understand. so i tried to look into dictionary and the result was... not very good. i tried to look for the word in internet but still.... the result was not very good. i shall put more effort. i can't give up in the middle. i must learn to the best i can.

yesterday my brother and i went to a korean restaurant. we ordered kimchi-ji kye. the aunties was so suprised when i spoke in korean. i was very happy to receive their compliments.... :D

Jeong Hoon's JAPAN Concert

The concert started at 7h20 I think. At first they covered the stage with some smoke, we could see nothing going on there. They played an instrumental version of Sad song. And Pooof!JungHoon jumped in from nowhere! With short hair and white outfit, as handsome as the most charming prince could be! Remind me a little bit of his UN days, but much more sexy
-

-
He dyed a bit of hair at his front in the Tokyo concert, but not in the others.(Out of the 5 concerts, they have officially recorded Tokyo concert to release a DVD, please look forward to it everyone
-
The audience stood up immediately and cheer so much! He began with Ready to go, and I never thought that the song was so joyful! Listening to JH singing live is wonderful, no CD or DVD can compare to it, his voice was like a purest stream of music flowing around you and you just want to drown in it.
-
Then he sang The best of my life and his other Japanese titles. He drank water after each song, as usual. He waved a lot to fans (ah so lovely!). His voice was so sweet and powerful, almost perfect at the beginning, after that he went out of tone a little bit, but who care, he rocks us till the last minute of the concert. I think it was his most playful and exciting performance lately.
-
After 7 songs he walked off the stage to change the outfit:
-
1. Ready to go
2. Best of my life
-- 코멘트
3. 오르골
4. 바람의 노래
5. 고독
-- 코멘트
6. 나는 너를 사랑한다.
7. 닫힌 하늘

-
For me the most anticipated part is the English songs, I love his White Christmas or Lately to death! In this tour he sang Jesus to a child of George Michael, the song is gently sad, quite suitable to JH's taste (as well as my taste ) You must know that, although the song is very soft and sweet, it's tough indeed to sing it well (try it and you'll see what I mean), but JH sang it briliantly and quite emotionally
-
8. Endless sorrow
9. Imperfect
-- 코멘트
10. Eternal
11. Jesus to a child (George Michael)
-
After it he walked off again
-
During the time he changed outfit, they put a screen on the stage and show us some behind the scene pics of him. OMG all of them are super dubber yummy! Perhaps those pics will be added in the 1st Anthology book (I'm not sure, as I said that I didn't know what they were talking about on the stage), so don't hesitate to buy it
-
The lights went out...
-
And when they turned on the light again, there stood JH with a flashy blue suit! Look really like a glam MC
-

-
He turned his back at us and did some funny movement. All fans screamed in excitement :D You will hear the screams in the DVD He sang kyoshi san 의 즌도코 부시 (오리지날 버젼 ㅋㅋhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EFvsFrUYWl0 )and swayed his body during the chorus (as in the original clip of kyoshi san) I almost fainted right there +_+
-
After that he took out the blue suit, now he's wearing a black shirt with black trousers, looks totally sexy :D
-

-
Did he think that it was enough to bleed his fans' nose? No He put on a red hat and we screamed crazily
the boy was so fashionable that day *_* )
-
He then sang
-
13. 꽃한송이
14. Everlasting
15. 너를 만난 날로부터
-
Ah I wish I knew Japanese or Korean! JH said st really funny during his performance, everybody there bursted out in laugh, except me T_T He talked and interacted a lot with fans, more than his previous shows, I believe. And all in Japanese, I can see that his Japanese has improved fast.
-
Somewhere in the middle of the concert, he introduced his mom and dad, who sat in the first row. Between his Japanese words he called "Oma! Appa!" (soooooo adorable~~ ) His parent must be proud of him :)
-
In the last song, he introduced the band and said bye to us, then quickly left the stage T_T I knew immediately that it was not the final, as he couldn't bid us farewell like that (I'd die if he would TT_TT ). Fans shouted "Encore! Encore!" loudly in some minutes, and Whoops!
He ran back to the stage with this youthful wearing:
-

-
Heaven bless him with this unspoiled smile He rocked the song Always and Never! All of the audience jumped and shouted and sang along with him.John Hoon,I love you alwaysAnd never the same again
-
Oh please forgive my distraction :D I love to see him like that, so playful like a naughty boy ^^He threw a shirt down to fans to catch, unfortunately it was not that he took his shirt out and threw it (what all of us here want to see) but he grasped a shirt from somewhere in the air and threw it down
-
He finished the concert with In the still of the night (Boyz II Men) and Sirius, right at the moment when the heat reached top ^^ Fans clapped and cheered so much, nobody wanted to leave, even him doesn't want to, he stayed at the stage for about 10 mins to wave to fans, shout to fans (without mic :D ) and talk to fans. He shook hands with fans in the 1st row seats and took all the flowersthat they gave (how nice he was!) Oh I feel I'm still in a dream
-
After the concert, fans waited outside the back entrance to see JH leave, they waited for one hour and a half I think, but then JH didn'tshow up again (he must take another exit way, he escaped from us .No one wanted to go home... The concert was so memorable, I willtreasure the feeling of it in the bottom of my heart.
-
And here is a picture of mine, wearing the T-shirt "Love me love John Hoon" that I bought at the Tokyo concert, sorry it's a bit blur:
-
Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
-
Finally, I don't know of which quality the concert would turn out to be on the DVD, maybe it would lose a bit of its charm, but I assure you that the LIVE version of it was SPLENDID and nobody there could complain about anything, maybe except complaining that the concert was too short! Last but not least, I think I'm the only one there who don't go to his whole tour biggrin.gif everybody else attend all the five performance (sigh~ they are so die-hard fans . I made some friends there, in fact all JH's fans there were lovely angel.gif And I saw many many enthusiastic aunties heheheh...

Under The Canopy of Love

Well, This is my 1st post for November. Beginning yesterday I was absorbed into a new TVB Drama by the name "Under The Canopy of Love". Although it was aired in HK last year yet our local Cable Channel has just started to air it yesterday. If I am not mistaken, this is a 20 episode series. It was very romantic at the beginning of the drama!! And also the love storyline which features puppy love and the fate of love totally drives me into a Love Fairyland... :) I am not a big fan of Kevin Cheng or Nikki Chow, but since I am watching their drama so I can catch up on acting skills. To me, I think they look very suitable as a pair of couple... Therefore I shall not miss even 1 episode!!
-
P.S. - I am still catching on To Heart (JPN) & Dog & Wolf (KR). I shall try to post my opinion here upon finishing watching it....
