The meat is similar to crab meat...
Very soft and delicious...

hmmm...I can't really see how pou yu looks like since it's all cooked and covered in sauces. Maybe you can consider taking photos of it before it's cooked. Bet your grandma would be shocked when you try to do it. She must be wondering, what's wrong with her granddaughter... xD
Hey, a thought came to me just now as I wrote the above comment. If you do this long enough, I mean, taking photos of foods be they raw or cooked, perhaps you will be able to hone your skills at shooting foods, then maybe you'd become a food photographer. Imagine that!!!
ya loh….. let me see if there is a chance in the future, I’d surely take those pics…. Food photographer? Usually I’d only take pics on the things that I am interested in. if I really becoming a food photographer, I may end up taking things I like to eat… hahaha….
